What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards as well as Paypal.
Do you charge sales tax?
Federal law requires us to charge sales tax in the state of Louisiana.
Is my transaction secure?
All of our transactions are protected by SSL encryption. Lionheart Prints will never sell or share your information to any third party.
How do I use a promo/ coupon code?
Promotional and coupon codes can be entered during checkout. Only one promo code may be used per order.
The product I want to order is out of stock. How can I be notified if/ when the product will be back in stock?
Simple! Shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and contact information, and we'll let you know when the product is restocked or if it's been discontinued.
Can Lionheart Prints assist my company with gift giving and bulk orders?

Where is your flagship location, and when is it open?
So glad you asked! Our flagship location is at 3312 Magazine Street in New Orleans, Louisiana, and our store hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. We carry our full line of products as well as carefully curated gift items from vendors we love.
Help! My order never arrived!
Oh my gosh, what?! We are so sorry. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and we'll look into what happened.
I put in the wrong address for shipping.
Get it together! Kidding, but seriously, act fast! Send us an email at email@example.com and we can get your sorted if we haven't shipped your order. If the order has shipped, we have to wait until it's returned to us before we can ship it back out to you. So sorry!
Do you do local pickup/ wave shipping?
Sure thing, string bean! Remember to leave us a note in the "special instructions for seller" box on the first page of your shopping cart, and we'll refund your shipping cost. Then you can pick up your order at our flagship shop located at 3312 Magazine Street in New Orleans, Louisiana. We're open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. We'll hold your items for you up to two weeks after ordering.
When will my order ship, and how fast can it get here?
We always try to get orders out as soon as possible, but sometimes we get backed up, especially during the holidays! Please allow 1 to 5 business days for your order to ship.
If you need your order sooner rather than later, kindly leave us a note in the "special instructions for seller" box on the first page of your shopping cart, and we'll do our best to prioritize your order. We ship all domestic packages using USPS first class or priority mail that can typically get from us to you in 2 to 7 business days after shipping. USPS doesn't guarantee shipping times, so we can't either!
Can I find out my order status or track it?
You should receive an email confirmation from us after placing your order as well as a confirmation when we ship it out. This email will include a tracking number if your package is shipped priority.
Do you ship international?
What is your return policy and when can I be refunded?
Unused and unopened items along with anything that arrived damaged can be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund of the product cost. Unfortunately, we can't refund shipping at this time! once we receive your return, you'll be refunded to the original payment method. We won't accept used, opened, sale, personalized or custom items.
How can I find out about new products when they come out?
Sign up for our mailing list! We won't spam you, we promise. We only send emails when really cool stuff is happening, like new products, local events and the occasional coupon code!
Do you donate to causes?
Lionheart Prints tries to be very conscious of the world around us and help out wherever we can. We have an ongoing series of art prints that are made to benefit different causes that are dear to our hearts.
Can you customize ____ or change the words on _____ for me? Can I get this in a different color or size?
Unfortunately, we don't customize single products. If you're interested in bulk ordering a custom product, we might be able to work something out! Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, contact information and request, and we'll see what we can do.
Can I get a more or fewer Yeaux Leaux cups?
We can definitely make that happen if you want more than 12! Additional cups can be purchased for $2.50 per. Just email us at email@example.com .
Where and how are your products manufactured?
Nine times out of ten, the answer is locally. Our cards and apparel are printed in New Orleans, Louisiana, and the rest of our merchandise is produced in the U.S. of A.
I don’t see the size of apparel I’d like listed, do you have that available, and can I order it?
What you see listed is typically everything we currently offer, but let us know what sizing you prefer and we'll make a note of that for future orders!
